You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. A small park, roping arena and Royal Bar & Grill are all within walking distance.

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. The Llama House-Norfolk is an adorable townhouse that has been updated from top to bottom. Bedrooms include a queen bed and two single beds and the living room has space for three additional sleepers. Kitchen includes all necessities and a fully stocked coffee bar. Location is in a quiet, updated neighborhood but located off a major through street that can quickly get you to anywhere in town! A great stay with the added fun of a scavenger hunt to locate all of our llamas!

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.
