Der lichtdurchflutete Wohnraum mit der voll ausgestatteten Küche und dem Zugang zum eigenen Bad verfügt außerdem über ein bequemes Schlafsofa für zwei Personen. Über eine Leiter gelangt man auf die Galerie hier können auf Wunsch noch zwei Matratzen als Schlafgelegenheit für zwei weitere Personen platziert werden. Der große Balkon mit einem großartigen Blick in den Dschungel und über unseren brandneuen Poolbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein.

The Sutton - Mountain House

Welcome to the Mountain House at The Sutton. This is one of three boutique style homes on the property. The home is surrounded by the jungle and all of its glorious nature. Rent one for you and that special someone or all three for a group villa experience with the convenience of private accommodations. Each unit has its own covered patio equipped with a kitchenette for those relaxing breakfast in bed mornings. The property shares a rancho perfect for communal meal preparation and dining overlooking the pool, sun deck and tropical garden.

Cabina Perezoso is one of eight cabins in a 2 acre lush garden. It is located just 2 minutes down an easy accessible 2 wheel drive gravel road right in the middle of Uvita. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and many other amenities. Only a 5 to 10 minute drive to the beautiful pacific side beaches. All cabinas have WiFi, hot water and AC. A shared washing machine and dryer are available. There is a nice swimming pool on the property with an Argentinian barbecue for guests to use.
