Situado en el parque natural de Tigaiga, es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar, bien ubicado para conocer el norte de Tenerife. Junto a la ruta, 0.4.0, playa del Socorro al Pico del Teide. En la finca La Espiral que dispone de árboles frutales y verduras ecológicas. En finca La Espiral, hay dos casitas mas VV Verode y VV Drago, Con comodidades como, parking, wifi, smart TV ,Netflix, etc.

Es un pueblo ideal para hacer senderismo consta de varias rutas y en especial de un espectacular mirador y sendero donde se puede apreciar una vista panorámica del Valle de La Orotava. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario. Tiene un ámbiente acojedor ya que cuenta con una chimenea de leña y de una amplia terraza.

En los alreddores de la casa hay varias tiendas y supermercado farmacia y parada de bus. La casa dispone de línea directa a internet ideal para teletrabajar o videoconferencias y wifi en toda la casa.
