The home is part of historic Campo Bello neighborhood on 4 acres and features an enclosed back yard with a fully covered front/back patio and carport. There is a public park within 1 mile that features a swimming pool and splash pad. There’s a variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping centers in the immediate area. Catalina State Park offers hiking and biking. This is an active equestrian property!

The casita has central air-conditioning and heat. No kitchen, but has a micro-wave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and small under counter refrigerator. A gas grill is ready for your use with an extra burner to cook on. Pots and pans to use on the grill are included. Dishes and utensils provided.
