Vicino a molti servizi quali: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, bancomat, posta e farmacie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) e entrate autostradali.

Die komfortable, geräumige Ferienwohnung (105 m2) im malerischen Sala Caprisaca, liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, sonnigen Wohnzone und ist nur 1km von Tesserete entfernt. Dort gibt es Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, Pizzerien, Apotheken, Post, wie auch E-Mobility-Station. Im Sommer ist das nahe gelegene Schwimmbad für Gross und Klein sehr beliebt. Schöne Kastanien-Wälder (z.B. Torre di Redde) und der Origlio-See laden zum Spazieren ein. Das nahe Val Colla und Monte Baro sind bei Biker sehr beliebt.

Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Torricella sehr gut erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 200 m Entfernung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im unteren Teil des Dorfes.

Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Casa Adriana ist der ideale Startpunkt für eure Fahrradtouren oder Bergtouren in der Naturschönheiten der Region, abseits vom Massentourismus.
