It is very private , yet Starbucks is right next door. Private entry and off street parking. This space has everything you need full kitchen, washer&dryer, queen size bed and fold out couch , plus a Play and Pack for the Littles. Walkable neighborhood , parks market and restaurants within walking distance.

Our floating home has 1 bedroom and a loft right on the Willamette River. Come relax on the large deck, & enjoy the beauty of the water. There is a table/ chairs & Traeger on the deck. It’s definitely a peaceful spot! Downstairs has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom with shower, couch, love seat & dining table. Upstairs has a small loft with twin bed, a twin sized futon, & private bedroom with a queen bed & private deck with view. This home is small but designed to utilize space very well.
