The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. Apartment is on the 4th km from the old town Kotor. We are next to the main road. And next to Hotel "Forza Mare 5*". Apartment has it's own entrance. It has 50m2, with one bedroom, living room,kitchen with all kitchen equipment (toaster, fridge, cook, cooker....) bathroom (with machine, towels, hair drier..), and 20m2 terrace with furniture.
