Diese neu eingerichtete Villa in einem kleinen Dorf in Zentralistrien bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Gäste. Die Villa ist in drei Etagen konzipiert. Die untere Etage besteht aus einem Swimmingpool und einer Terrasse. Über dem Pool und dem überdachten Sonnendeck befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Außenküche mit Kühlschrank und Grill sowie ein Esstisch mit 12 Sitzplätzen mit Blick auf die schöne Landschaft. Die zentrale Etage besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, und auf der gleichen Ebene befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sowie ein zusätzliches Badezimmer. Die oberste Etage besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad, zwei der drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein zusätzliches Sofa, das als Zustellbett dienen kann.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
