While many like to stay in our heritage accommodation and be transported back to an era when our rivers were our roads, still others like to come and learn more about our unique 'Sea Gardening' initiative. We (Lloyd and Huihan aka Grace) are happy to share snippets our knowledge from our respective backgrounds or guide you to places of interest around Opotiki. Your stay is guided by you. All we ask is that you do not underestimate the jewels that can be discovered at the Wharf Hub.

KBHH - Executive Harbour Front with Views - WALK1

Executive house on edge of Ohiwa Harbour with million dollar views. Open plan living downstairs includes entrance, 2nd lounge with fireplace and dining table, fully equipped kitchen with spectacular views, main lounge, extra toilet & vanity. Big deck with views from this whole area. Head upstairs to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and fabulous views from all balconies off each bedroom. Short stroll to Ohope Beach - best of two worlds. Cheerful cottage with sea views.

This stunning location really is the best spot in Opotiki. Massive views out to sea and picturesque sunsets. The cottage is located up a private driveway with plenty of off road parking. There’s even room for your boat. We welcome dogs, but there is a fee of $50 per pet. The property is fully fenced which is fantastic for the kids. There is a paddock for the horse by arrangement. There is an outdoor shower for after beach visit. Only 2min drive to beach and cycle trail.

Ohope at it's best, loved family home

Our beach house is a real treasure. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard towards what it is today and would love to share this little piece of paradise. It has easy indoor/outdoor flow and beachy interior. The beach is across the road, through the dunes and onto the beach. The house is easy living with all the modern cons and a few games to match. It has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom set up Marae style which sleeps 5. The other 2 bedrooms have a king bed each.

Airi Kainga - Seaside Holiday Home

Elevated by the sea and in an ideal position for family holidays is this generous sized Lockwood home, Which have the most spectacular views overlooking the sea. There are four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom with queen size bed which has its very own en-suite with shower, toilet and heated towel rail. The three remaining bedrooms consist of one King bed, one queen bed and a bunk room which sleeps four guests.
