Prostire se na 2 etaže, na prvoj se nalazi opremljena i klimatizirana kuhinja s blagovaonicom, povezana s dnevnim boravkom u kojem je kauč na razvlačenje. U prizemlju je kupaonica s WC-om i tuš kadom. Na katu se nalaze 2 spavaće sobe i WC s tuš kadom. Svaka soba ima klima uređaj i TV. Okućnica od 250 m2 ima privatni grijani bazen, roštilj, 6 ležaljki, natkriveni prostor za objedovanje. Kuća ima free Wi-fi kao i privatan besplatni parking.

Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, dvije kupaonice, kuhinje, dva klima uređaja, prostrane okućnice.
