Vila sadrži 4 sobe i 2 kupaonice .Kuhinja i dnevni boravak su kompletno moderno opremljeni te imaju pogled na prekrasni Pašmanski kanal. Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina.
