Alle Freizeitvergnügen, Strände, Caffe Bars, Restaurants, Kaufmöglichkeiten, Tankstelle, Taxi, öffentliche Transporte, sowie die Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen Sie auf kurzem Wege, somit können Sie auch spontan planen. Gerne geben wir Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung und kulturellen Highlights unserer Stadt Zadar und seine wunderschöne Umgebung.

We definitely recommend you to take our a private boat tour to feel the true island spirit! Our complex has six separate apartments. As of this year we offer you our swimming pool with beautiful yard! Each apartment has its own balcony, comfort room, living room with sofa/bed, kitchen and bathroom!

Apartment is located in small village Poljana on island Ugljan. Ferry rides 20min from Zadar old town or Gaženica port to Preko. From apt. to the beach, shop and beach bar is 5 min walk. Our house is in quiete place where you can relax.There is a large garden with lots of free extra facilities such as a barbecue area,deck chairs, swimming pool (shared with guests from our other apt.), billiard, table tennis, sand boxes. We have big parking under the house just for our guests.

Mjesto Kali je malo ribarsko mjesto. Smješteno između dvije luke na sjevero-istoku i uvala Lamjana. Stara jezgra mjesta s uskim ulicama i kamenim kućama u dalmatinskom stilu. Smješten je na brežuljku odakle su pruža prekrasan pogled. Location Kali is a small fishing village. Located between two ports on the north-east and Lamjana bay. An old center of town with narrow streets and stone houses in Dalmatian style. It is located on a hill where they offer a beautiful view.

Apartments Marija are located in in a very peaceful area of old Diklo, in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the promenade and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, our guests can find a shop, a bar, a restaurant and a bus station just few minutes walk away. One of the first things our visitors notice about the beautiful old stone facade as well as the stone details inside the apartments.

Ovaj zeleni dragulj usred kristalno čistog mora je tek 3 nautičke milje udaljen od Zadra (oko 5 km) i u neposrednoj je blizini otoka Ugljana. Borovi, čempresi, masline i svo mirisno mediteransko raslinje daju mu pravi ugođaj mjesta za odmor, a sva njegova vrijednost i ljepota okrunjena su titulom zaštićenog parka prirode - park šume.

This is newly refurnished one bedroom apartment, located in an old stone house, with partial sea view, surface 40m2, surface of terrace 25m2, tv, kitchen (with oven), washing machine, air condition, one large bed, one sofa bed, separate entrance and outdoor table with umbrella.
