Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Hügel oberhalb der Mošćenička Draga im Zentrum der Altstadt Mošćenice. Haus ist mehr als 200 Jahre alt und unterliegt dem Ministerium für Kultur. Im traditionellen Stil mit allen technischen Geräten verziert. Ausgezeichnet für jemanden, der den Takt des kleinen Platzes und der Art des Lebens fühlen will. Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, wie man zu den wunderschönen Stränden gelangt: zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. 750 Treppen werden die Challange für jemanden, der den Spaziergang wählen. Mit dem Auto benötigen Sie 3 Minuten und wir haben den Parkplatz für Sie in Mošćenička Draga.Wir sind auch in der Nähe von Rijeka und Opatija, wo Sie Ausstellungen, Konzerte und Veranstaltungen besuchen können, aber auch weit genug, um in Harmonie mit Natur zu leben. Wenn Sie gerne spazieren gehen oder radeln, finden Sie viele Wanderwege durch die unberührte Natur. In der Nähe (100 m) befinden sich zwei ausgezeichnete Restaurants ("Perun" und "Tu Tamo"), wo Sie traditionelle Speisen, Getränke und Ausblick genießen können. Wenn Ihr grillen möchtet stehen euch zwei Markengrills ( Gas und Kohle ) zur Verfügung. Für gemütliche Abende steht euch eine Feuerschale zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist TOP. The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 6 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

Our studio apartment is located in the old medieval town of Mošćenice. The apartment is cosy and modernly decorated. It has 32m2. On the lower floor is the bedroom and bathroom and on the upper floor is the kitchen with living room. In front of the apartment there is a small green area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach can be reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.
