Grandma's Cottage

This cottage has 2 bedrooms w/2 full size beds, a screened front porch with table/chairs. There is a full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, table and chairs. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer. There is an outdoor firepit, and we provide the firewood. The 100 ft. lake frontage is a short walk through a forever park which is right next door to the cottage. The cottage is close to wine trails, fine dining, boating, fishing, hiking and CMAC Performing Arts Center.

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. The home is the last house on a private road, in a cove with distant neighbors, offering great privacy & solitude. A family of bald eagles nests in the cove. The huge 2nd story deck adorns the entire front of the house. Best views on the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while soaking in this little slice of heaven. Bring your boat, we have a whip mooring & hoist. Boat launch 3 mi Note: late June -Labor day, 7 nite min checkin/out Fri only.

2 Bedroom pool house with Garage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Peaceful location that is close to Rochester and Canandaigua as well as Bristol Mountain for skiing or viewing foliage. Tranquility at your fingertips. The pool is generally open from Memorial weekend until Labor day weekend. The last day the pool will be heated for 2025 is September 27th. The pool is shared with the resident of the main home which is a family of 5 with 5 kids aged 1 to 10.
