Above the Tavern

We are located in a historic building directly across the street from the old Finger Lakes railroad station. Local shops, restaurants, and lake are just a short walk down the street. This is a private one bedroom unit with a pull out couch located just off Main Street and directly above a popular local restaurant, "The Greenfront" (expect some ambient noise). Because we are located in the middle of all the action, we also provide 2 high quality bicycles that our guests are free to use.

This Historic Rowhouse Flat has been recently renovated. Family friendly for parents with Children or a great unit for a couple to enjoy. Maybe your staying with friends for a wine tour, brew tour or one of our many events in Town. Stay with us while visiting Hobart William Smith College located a short walk away.

Route 54 Relic in Penn Yan.

1880's home now 3 units. Built when steam ships still piloted Keuka. Penn Yan can be accessed by sidewalk from here (approx 1 mile to center), steps from Red Jacket Park at Keuka Lake on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Close to Keuka Outlet Trail, on the Keuka Lake wine trail, and between Main Deck restaurant and Rt 54 (WE ARE NOT WATERFRONT). There is plenty to do between shopping in Penn Yan, hiking the Outlet, or going on a wine tour around Keuka and/or Seneca Lake.

Kelly's Suite

This suite is a newly remodeled wing of an old Castle street mansion. This fresh yet classic apartment sleeps 4 adults comfortably, but will accommodate up to 5. The primary suite includes a queen bed with plenty of pillows and moody lighting, along with a vanity. The second bedroom Has a cozy full/double daybed with twin trundle. The Kitchen and Bathroom are newly remodeled with Vintage touches, resulting in a fun yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Al's Lazy Bear Lodge

If you're looking for a unique, family & pet(for a fee) friendly, quiet getaway in a rustic lodge in the woods close to the Finger Lakes & skiing, this is your spot! Occupancy max is 4. Firewood provided for wood stove and fire pit. A level 2 EV charger with either a J1772 connector or an NACS(AKA Tesla) connector. Please notify us in advance if a cable swap out is necessary, so it will be ready for you when you arrive.

NEWLY REMODELED IN 2022. GORGEOUS HOME OVERLOOKING CANANDAIGUA LAKE This beautiful home has a brand new patio with fire pit/barbecue area for summer fun. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has a kitchen with built in dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, large living room and dining room (both rooms have spectacular views overlooking the lake).
