Locația este ideală pentru petrecerea concediului la mare fiind situată chiar pe malul marii lângă plajă in cartierul Faleză Nord din Constanța - zona Delfinariu aflata chiar la intrarea in statiunea Mamaia. In timpul perioadei de vară acest cartier devine o zonă turistică de interes datorită pozitiei sale excelente cu acces facil catre toate obiectivele sezonului, chiar lăngă plajele amenajate, baruri, terase si restaurante (renumitul restaurant Reyna se află chiar in fata apartamentului).

Este compusa din doua dormitoare mari cu pat dublu, un dormitor mai mic pentru copii, două băi, chicinetă (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, vesela etc.), terasa si curte. Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare.
