Perfectly located (Palmotićeva street number 5) and newly renovated, Apartments Old Town Top Spot are situated just a step away from Stradun, the main street in Dubrovnik Old town, numerous restaurants, beaches, galleries and all the historical monuments and museums. The apartments are close to everything with perfect location to explore around. There are no steps from Pile Gate and Stradun main street to apartment, but there are about 15 steps in the building as apartment is on the 1st floor.

The apartment is situated in a single-story annex adjacent to the main building which houses four more rental units that share a communal swimming pool, open from May to October. Additionally, there is a terrace next to this apartment with a BBQ that all of our guests can use, including those staying in this apartment. Our property is situated on a hillside that overlooks the Dubrovnik marina and other charming parts of town. It offers 180-degree views of the sea and nearby islands.
