We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

This beautiful home, hosted by myself and my lovely wife Brenda. The home has up north charm and character inside and out. Built in 2019, this home has a covered front porch and a elevated back deck overlooking a yard that will be filled with games, including horseshoes and cornhole. After enjoying what Northern Michigan has to offer, come back to relax and recharge in the privacy of your own home. Have a drink by the bonfire in the back yard, grill out and plan your next days adventures.

The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.

Newly renovated waterfront home on Silver Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes around Traverse City in Northwest Michigan. Enjoy the lake view from the living room and all three bedrooms. Use the private dock for all summer activities, such as swimming, fishing, waterskiing, canoeing, kayaking, or just sunbathing on our private sandy beach.
