Kingfisher enjoys a riverside setting located directly on the Coleridge Way, nestled in a valley between The Quantocks AONB and Exmoor National Park, Kingfishers & Otters reside on the river. Ideally suited to guests who like nature, the countryside and walking, there are no nightclubs. The West Somerset Heritage Steam Railway can be seen from the hut and is accesible. Kingfisher is located privately screened in our large garden surrounded by farmland and countryside. We welcome friendly guests

Interact with out horses and ponies or book a riding lesson if you wish.

The Elms is your family retreat with parking and EV charging a few paces from your door. Relax with a coffee in the beautiful garden while your children swim, bounce and play. You’ll be staying in a pretty Somerset village where birdsong, church bells and the occasional steam train dominate the soundscape. After a day exploring local hills, beaches or medieval Dunster come home for another swim or settle round the BBQ with a chilled glass of wine. A refreshing shower and comfy beds await you.

Visit medieval Dunster & castle by car or steam train. Recently refurbished with a modern rustic feel and wood burner. Please state number of guests when booking. For the ultimate Somerset experience come and stay in our award winning Dabinett yurt, nestled within the trees of our secluded 6 ½ acre orchard, on the edge of the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Dabinett has an hand crafted, bespoke bed and is heated by way of a lovely wood burner with main electric throughout. Outside has a hand crafted covered kitchen/dinning area and a BBQ and fire pit area, making it the perfect get away, whatever the weather!

The Railway Hut is a self-contained shepherd’s hut for two, with luxuriously comfortable double bed with all seasons duvet. En-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. Kitchenette with all the basics ready for your arrival. For the chilly winter evenings you’ll find a cosy log burner laid and ready to light. Outside facilities include designated parking, private outdoor seating, bbq and fire pit. We also have secure bike storage.
