The newly built semi-detached villa Tesa is located at Ciovo island, in Okrug Donji. It is located only 100 m from the sea, near the most beautiful beach of Okrug Donji - Stari Porat. So, still within walking distance (5 minutes walk along the path through the pine forest) but far enough not to hear noise from beach. Next to the beach is a small port from which the ferry line to Trogir departs ... very convenient for going to Trogir. Grocery store and restaurant are also within walking distance.
