Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

The Triangle: A-Frame Cabin for your city retreat

Cabin retreat in the Village of West Farmington. This 400 sq. ft. A-Frame cabin is perfect for a weekend away from the city to relax, rejuvenate, and rest. The welcoming nature of the cabin is immediately apparent when you walk in - the wood-burning stove, the exposed beams throughout, and the many small details will draw you in to your weekend home. Arrowhead Ridge Off-Grid Cabin #2 No hidden fees!

This new cabin is one of two on the property. Both cabins are private and off-grid (no power or running water). This cabin is accessed through a mowed field by a camp Jeep (provided) and has the amenities shown in the photos. It overlooks a creek and is a great place to view wild-life and get back to nature and unplug from the hectic pace of life. Play cards/games, read, hike and make memories.

Located in downtown Portsmouth within walking distance to Marting’s Event, Vern Riffe Performing Arts Center, Ohio River, Historic Boneyfiddle District with many antique shops and restaurants. Great place to jump on your bike and travel around. Wonderful things to do and see.

Sun Valley Farm Cottage

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm fresh eggs and hang out with the farm animals during your stay!

Treehouse Village - The Sky Loft

The Sky Loft is a house way up high in the trees! It is what every child's dreams are made of. You will have all you need to enjoy your retreat. There is a queen-sized bed and full bath amenities. This is tiny house living at its best! The deck is located halfway up the stairs, on the first level. The Sky Loft is a unique treehouse offering for sure!
