Das Haus liegt ganz in der Nähe der Bootsrampe. - Es verfügt über eine große Terrasse, um die Natur zu genießen, und eine Feuerstelle für Lagerfeuer spät in der Nacht. Ein Propangrill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. - Dieses Haus ist für den Familiengebrauch gedacht, größere Gruppen oder Partys sind nicht erlaubt. Wir müssen respektvoll mit den Nachbarn umgehen.

Please note: Henderson Lake has a soft lake bottom at the shoreline, so swimming is not recommended directly from our dock. Included kayaks make it easy to explore and reach nearby sandy swimming areas. You'll find vaulted ceilings, comfortable leather seating, and wall-to-wall lake views. The deck is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and spotting Bald Eagles.

Enjoy time with friends & family in this canal front home that leads to 800 acre all sports Sage Lake. Whether you are playing corn hole or sitting by the fire you will feel right at home. For safety it is not advised to swim in the canal, but we provide kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat to get out to the main lake. There is 30’ of dock space on the 65’ shared dock. Firewood is not provided, but there is a house that sells it just south of the boat launch.
