Relax on the beach, swim, fish from the dock, jump into a paddle boat, kayak or get on a paddle board for more scenery and adventure. Also, perfect for winter sledding & located on the snowmobile trail. ~ Many guests have also enjoyed troll hunting!

Country Living

Looking for some quiet and solitude our cabin is located in the country sitting on 20 acres of wooded land with walking trails, wildlife, and solitude. But we are still just a short drive to nearby communities for numerous activities to enjoy. We have kayaks and a canoe for rent enjoy an evening on a nearby lake watching the sunset and listening to the loons or enjoy some fishing from the kayak. In the winter enjoy our Outdoor Sauna, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or ice fishing.

Cozy Peninsula Lake Outpost

A beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom modern cabin nestled in the Smoky Hills of Minnesota that has all the amenities & is welcoming you! There is a main floor bedroom with small closet for your use. Also a loft bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom has a shower and a full sized washer and dryer for your needs. The cabin is built overlooking a small lake with excellent views. There is a covered screened in porch and an open deck with a barbecue grill. Come enjoy this property as much as we do.

Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Our Rustic Home Country Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Enjoy feeding our friendly goats across the fence. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit while you enjoy watching our local deer. Enjoy fall colors & bird watching. Located right on the snowmobile trail, near North Country Hiking Trail, Tamarac and Hubble Pond Wildlife Refuges. Deer & bird hunting. Near several good fishing lakes. 13 miles from Detroit Lakes. 1/2 hr to Park Rapids & Perham. Inquire about room for camping. Great for groups.

Little Floyd Lake House: You can’t get any closer to the lake than this! Enjoy sunsets and s’mores by quiet, clear waters after swimming in the hard bottom swimming area. Pontoon available for rent. Kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad, board games and game room with table tennis and foosball. Located a few minutes from town so you can experience all the culinary delights Detroit Lakes has to offer (including delivery) and a restaurant right on the lake. Close proximity to Dambo Trolls!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

A rural home near lakes country in Becker County. 15-minute drive to Detroit Lakes beach and Zorbaz 12-minute drive to Wefest at Soo Pass Ranch 45-minute drive to Fargo/Moorhead Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. *PLEASE NOTE* This property is near Little Cormorant Lake but does not have lake or shore access, however there is a public access with a boat launch one mile south if you’d like to bring your own boat, pontoon, jet ski, etc.

Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Welcome to the Farm. This is a newly constructed, single level home, conveniently located near Itasca State Park, Long Lake, La Salle Lake State Recreation Area, Off Grid Armory and more. Grab groceries on your way in and spend the day enjoying some of the many outdoor adventures that northern Minnesota has to offer. In the evenings, relax with a bonfire on one of the two patios and watch for wildlife, including cows out in the pasture.

Life on the lake in Minnesota is great in any season! With two large bedrooms (third room available for additional fee), a full kitchen, 3/4 bath plus laundry, you'll have everything you need to make for a great getaway. There is a private entrance, patio and grill, as well as some pretty outstanding shared spaces - including a large sandy beach complete with a volleyball net, firepit, playset, swings, kayaks, canoe and paddleboards.
