WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Artsy Original Island Home next to Nature Preserve

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. The studio is half a block to the beach in a neighborhood of large, family-orientated rental houses. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee shops, and more.
