Private beach and private dock across private street. Gently wade into the water for protected swimming and kayaking. Perfect little beach great for the kiddos! Three levels. Master bedroom ensuite is on the main with access to a covered porch. Two bedrooms up with the fourth on terrace level.

The completely renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath home has an outdoor covered kitchen perfect for family meals. The 20x40 ft deck off the kitchen provides plenty of space for entertaining, playing or an outdoor movie! We have several kayaks, paddleboard, water tubes, carpet islands and games to build memories to last a lifetime. 4 night minimum May-August.

Relax at our private beach area or enjoy the view from the upper deck of the dock. 25 minutes from Clemson. Accommodates a MAXIMUM of 4 guests, including children. Add’l guests will incur a $50/night fee.
