Train station 4 blocks away (to downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland) Close to the pier, fishing, marina, kayaking, sport fishing Short ride to Carlsbad Village Guests have access to the surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs at the house. Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Remote A-Frame off-grid cabin with expansive ocean and mountain views. On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.

The Crow's Nest Studio - walk to beach and town

Oceanside studio west of coast highway, 1 block to the restaurants, breweries and shops of Downtown Oceanside, 4 block walk to beautiful Oceanside Beach. Off-street, alley parking for 1 car. This is a 2nd floor studio accessed by a steep flight of stairs (please see picture to ensure staircase will not be a concern). We are also close to the train which can be noisy.
