Picture your days going from our outdoor pool to the ocean and back again. Our home is on the desirable west end of the island. The main floor offers a spacious open living room and kitchen floor plan ideal for family to gather. Dine together comfortably at our dining room table which seats ten and wide kitchen bar which seats six.

The Odell Williamson Bridge connects the mainland to this piece of paradise. From there you'll see the island, the marsh savannahs below and the glistening ocean just over the horizon. Leave your worries and the hustle-bustle of the world behind - in just 0.3 miles, you'll be at the Parrot Suite, a Piece of Paradise.

**Jan 1st 2025 - Mid Feb 2025, Potential for some noise between 9am - 6pm. HOA is replacing hallway carpet (outside the condo) a couple of floors at a time (Top floor to bottom) and will be painting balcony rails sometime during the time frame. Painting takes a day to dry. 2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Bring own sheets and towels, or I will refer you to a rental service. I will provide starter kit of paper towels and TP.

My oceanfront unit is near the pier, beach shops, miniature golf, & the museum.You’ll love my place because the ocean view is amazing !There is a queen bedroom, bunk nook, queen sleeper sofa, a whirpool tub, & a washer/dryer in the unit.Unit faces the ocean and is located on the quiet end of the complex with a private deck & community pool.It is located at the center of island activities; you can walk to many shops.Bed linen/bath towels provided. Private beach access for guests.Pool open.

This unit boosts a fully stocked kitchen, ready made beds with all linens and two baths with a set of towels per guest. New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.
