Welcome to RISE AND SHINE at Oak Island Beach Villas! Fabulous location on tranquil Caswell Beach. Close to amazing food, the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse, and top rated golf yet you feel the peaceful vibe of being on the east end of the island. Steps from the beach with breathtaking views, this beautifully decorated condo features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sleeps 5-6. Choose a short walk to the pool (seasonal) or simply relax on the private balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Queen-size sleeper sofa in living room with topper. Set of bunk beds suitable for children in hall nook. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, bike rental, surf shop and museum! Bring own sheets and towels, or I will refer you to a rental service. I will provide starter kit of paper towels and TP.

A lovely, quiet and spacious mini suite . located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. Enjoy golf on one of 3 on site courses (we even have a set of golf clubs for guest use!). See why Nat Geo rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2=3 minute) drive or bike ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs provided), or use the pool (included)

Original beachfront cottage on Holden Beach, just steps from the sand and water. Enjoy the dolphins and shorebirds from the rockers on the covered porch. Cozy studio has been renovated with thoughtful upgrades. Kitchen is fully stocked including coffee maker, spices, condiments, and premium cookware. No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

OIB Oceanfront 3 Bd, 2 Bth with linens!

Beautifully decorated beach themed OSW1 complex top floor keyless entry 3 bdrm, 2 bath oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the sea. This unit boosts a fully stocked kitchen, ready made beds with all linens and two baths with a set of towels per guest. New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.

Mariner's Walk - Two Bedroom/Two Bath Condo

Two-bedroom/two-bath second-row condo located 150 ft from the beach access. Perfect getaway for a couple or small family. This is probably the best value on the island given its location. Clean, affordable, and just steps from the ocean! Weekly rentals only, June - Aug, arrival & departure on Sat only, no exceptions. Off-Season Weekly Rates - Fall & Spring: $750 per week, Winter: $625 per week. Monthly Rates: Dec - Feb: $1875 per month, send a message for adjusted pricing.

The Bridge of Coral Oak

This house is anything but tiny! Located in a wooded area 6 miles from Sunset and Ocean Isle Beach, Coral Oak is perfect for those who love to visit the beach but don’t want to stay in the crazy traffic. This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. This house has some special details so make sure to take the time to check it all out!
