Just across the street you will find a boardwalk to stoll down to the white sandy beaches where you can soak up the sun and Gulf of Mexico views.

Beautiful 1100 Sqft 2-bedroom guest house originally intended as Mother-in-law quarters. The all-brick home is conveniently located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It is a 10-Minute drive to either Eglin Air Force Base or Hurlburt Field--and you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Destin is only a 15-minute drive! Publix Grocery Store/Pharmacy is 1-mile away, and our local Walmart for any extras that you might need is only 2 miles from the property.
