Sunny Days - A Bright and Cheerful Guesthouse

Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine in the cozy private patio, grilling dinner on the BBQ, and hanging around the gas fire pit. We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood.

HB Starfish Cottage

Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a private balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

The property is in a fantastic location in the middle of downtown Costa Mesa. The entrance/exit to the freeway is down the street, the beach is less than 2 miles away, we are 20 minutes from Disneyland, or enjoy a short walk to Triangle Square with a vibrant nightlife, theater, bowling, or In-n-Out across the street!
