Golf and Beach Country Cottage

The Cottage is far from the summer crowded areas in a very quiet neighborhood. But very close to the 3 Golf courses, including Praia Del Rey Golf Course (7,5Km), Bom Sucesso Golf Course (7Km) and the Royal Óbidos & Spa Golf Resort (2Km). Ideal to relax around the pool at the end of the afternoon, after a golf journey or any other nature activity! This 4-bed Cottage is spacious and fantastic for family holidays or for couples who wants to play golf. It is fully equipped and furnished , with garage for 2 cars and private parking for 1 more car, private swimming pool, BBQ and garden with almost 1000 m2. The Cottage has 4 bedrooms - 2 DBL with private bathroom and 2 DBL . There is 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and a small WC on ground floor, a large fully equipped kitchen with view to the pool, a dining area, and a living area. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are fully equiped (you don't need to bring towels or linens), the kitchen is fully equiped, as well, with Coffee Maker, Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Laundry washer, Microwave, Toaster and Cooking Utensils.The leaving room is equiped with a Fireplace, DVD player, Hi-fi Stereo, TV and DVD player. Also a Iron & Board. And, of course, free Wifi....... Located 1,5Km from the Bom Sucesso beach in the magnificent Obidos Lagoon where you can also find some restaurants and a small supermarket. The Oceanic beach (Rio Cortiço) is situated at 2,4Km with a very good fish and seafood restaurant. The cottage is surrounded by a protected natural reserve where you can enjoy the natural beauty by walking or biking. On the lagoon itself you can experience windsurfing, kite-surfing, sailing and canoeing. You can also swim in calm waters, walking and biking around it. The beautifull village of Óbidos is situated at 15km, where you have plenty of restaurants, shops and some summer festivals. And, please, trie the "Ginginha de Óbidos" with chocolat ;)

Conçue par le grand architecte portugais Ricardo Back Gordon, cette maison exceptionnelle s'intègre au village de Sobral da Lagoa attaché à la Cité médiévale d'Òbidos. La maison appartient à un couple d'artistes. Côté Océan elle offre une des plus belles vues du Portugal, côté intérieur 280 m2 lumineux, 3 chambres silencieuses, piscine, terrasse, patio solarium, garage privé. This beautiful and cozy house is just 5 minutes away from the beach of Foz do Arelho and the Obidos lagoon. You will live the whole country and beach experience,also 10 min away to the city of Caldas da Rainha and the medieval town of Obidos It is really cute and it has a great temperature, it has a garage space and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your days. It has an enormous garden with lots of trees and flowers and you will only hear the sound of birds. There is just nature around.

This well presented apartment is located on the prestigious Praia D’el Rey golf and beach resort on the Atlantic coast of Portugal. Renowned for its surfing during the winter, and golf and sun during the summer it is the perfect destination for most people. The property is a few hundred metres from the golf club and around 8 minutes walk from the beach. Comfortably will accommodate four people in couples or a family with children. Fully stocked kitchen and BBQ with a communal pool also.

Torre Branca Apartment is situated in the small, quiet village of Torre, Salir de Matos, Silver Coast, only 50 minutes from Lisbon. It is a completely self contained, comfortable space with it's own entrance. Every window and both terraces have beautiful country views overlooking orchards and forest. It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.

It is 5 minutes from the Foz do Arelho beach and the Óbitos Lagoon, as also as Peniche and Baleal beaches, ideal places to practice water sports (Surf, Windsurf, Kitesurf...) and outdoor activities. It is also close to the city of Caldas da Rainha, known for its street market with local agricultural products and its tradition in ceramics (Bordalo Pinheiro).
