Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is on first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Private parking is available at no extra cost.

Die Villa Blue Melon ist ein antikes Landhaus in Seelage, ursprünglich wurde sie als Bauernhof mit Gemüseanpflanzungen und Kleintierzüchtung genutzt. Die Villa liegt in der Nähe einiger der schönsten Kunststädten Italiens, sie bietet somit eine authentische Umgebung, den wohltuenden See mit seinem großen natürlichen Park. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Struktur über einen eigenen internen Parkplatz, einer Aufladesäule für elektrische Fahrzeuge, private Strand -und Barbercueausrüstung.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Casale con Piscina, in parco di 70000 mq

le Camere sono al primo piano di un antico antico casale in pietra. Nel parco fra prati rustici soleggiati e angoli immersi nell’ombra delle querce troverete un laghetto con una cascatella, il regno delle nostre anatre esotiche. L'area ospita Pedro e Nina, due caprette nane africane, e Mela l’asinella sarda. La piscina aperta con un ampio solarium è dotata di riscaldamento dell'acqua e di una copertura telescopica a vetri che ne consente l'uso tutto l'anno.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio.
