Salty Air Retreat

Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Super clean, comfy, & dog friendly! NO FEES! CENTRALLY LOCATED in CB’s Business District—½ block to Lake Park, 2 short blocks to the boardwalk & beach. Walk to shops, restaurants, night life, and everywhere you want to be! Private space with own entrance—no shared areas. Double soundproof walls; please be noise conscious. You may see me or other guests only in passing outside. I work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful place for respectful and quiet guests (and pets). PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES!

Adorable first floor guest studio with high ceilings & bright welcoming decor. Private entry with private driveway. 2 minute walk to beach with direct beach access at end of road. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans & utensils. Washer and dryer inside unit. Cable & wifi provided. Living area has a full size couch and drop leaf table for dining or laptop workspace. Small trained dogs welcome (2 max). $125 fee

Sunset Harbor Private Suite Private Entrance/Bath

Sunset Harbor is a quiet, friendly little fishing community (420 population) filled with southern hospitality Relax…listen to the ocean. The Nature Preserve includes fishing pier, boat launch, sunsets, dolphins (one mile). Our Intercoastal beach is within one mile. Oak Island Beaches are 15/20 min by vehicle depending on traffic. Free boat launch is less than a mile away, boat parking is plentiful on my property for any size boats. Local convenience store has bait, fishing license, boat gas.

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Entire studio apartment over the garage in a quiet family neighborhood. One mile from Southport's Historic and Picturesque Waterfront. Offers a full array of amenities from on-site parking, private entry, full bath, kitchen w/ refrigerator, microwave & single burner cooktop, blender, Keurig, dishes/utensils. Large living area with coffee table, chair, couch and desk. Games and books for your enjoyment. WIFI & Smart TV, outdoor shower, beach bikes and chairs. Patio area with Adirondacks.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Beach Therapy

Welcome to island living!! Sparkling clean, quiet private suite that is loaded with beachy charm. On site: TV, wifi, microwave, refrigerator, tea/coffeemaker and spacious bathroom with shower. Only a 5 minute drive/bike ride to any of Oak Island's 64 free beach accesses. One block off the island's main street, and close to all the restaurants & shopping.
