Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Non fumeur. Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour 1 personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Plusieurs plaintes déposées à ce sujet :) Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie ménage fait MERCI
