This is a beautiful, wild forested place with no roads or cars but rich with birdsong and silence. A great place to relax, swim, fish, walk or row in the bay. Sea access only. Pelorus Mail Boat service cheapest option charging $60 per person or half price for children 15 yrs or under. 3 private Havelock water taxis.

Moenui Magic

In beautiful Moenui we have a typical kiwi north facing bach overlooking the Mahau Sound. It boasts a two bedroom house with a one bedroom and lounge Chalet, and an expansive deck that takes in full views of the water. There are many options to sit and take in gorgeous views from many vantage points around the property. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening out onto the deck. With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
