L'appartamento è completato nel mese di giugno 2018 . Il progetto ha voluto valorizzare e riscoprire tutte la parti storiche dell'appartamento e dargli valore .abbiamo pensato gli spazi in modo da avere 2 stanze separate con i propri bagni . La casa è un movimento di spazi , quote e materiali . La stanza in soffitta, accessibile da una scala a chiocciola , gode del panorama del porto . Dalla sala lo scorcio che attraversa il quartiere ebraico e cattura un angolo di mare . La luce è ovunque

La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sui Bastioni e sul golfo di Capocaccia. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. Wi-fi a aria condizionata gratuiti.

This nice and small suite counts 1 bedroom with king size beds, 1 bathroom (shower, bidet, wc and lavabo), air-conditioning and cooking corner (with sink, fridge and portable induction hob), together with many more amenities in a very cool and warm interior ambiance.  The apartment is located at the 1st floor, NO ELEVATOR.  In such an atmosphere, our hosts are brought to live a pleasant stay. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

By choosing this place you will be close to the most fascinating beaches of Alghero at 5/10 minutes walk. The old town is at 30/40 minutes by walk and 5/10 minutes by car or public transport. These beaches, with their high dunes of white sand and almost transparent water (Baia dei Venti, Maria Pia, La Conchiglia), are unique in Alghero for having a Pine tree forest that separates them from streets and traffic and which provides a nice shade from the heat of the sun.
