The villa is located 650 meters from the best beaches in Nungwi, between the RIU and Royal Zanzibar hotels. There are a total of 6 rooms for guests. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk away. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a gazebo and parking lot on the premises.

This is a small studio that includes: open kitchen terrace,room and bath. The breakfast is included,except for monthly stays. You can order lunch,dinner and drinks at an extra cost. Renting a scooter or a car is great for more freedom of exploring the island and independency. Local transportation is available on 5min walk. The busy beaches of Kendwa and Nungwi are in 15 min drive. Only small shops for basics available in the area. A few restaurants and resorts nearby.
