Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway! It is absolutely beautiful, unique, & freshly remodeled. Features private river access with hot tub. Deck overlooks the river. 3 minutes from Garner State Park, 12 minutes from both Leakey and Concan. The Space On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a loft, & reading space. Each bedroom has a full and single bed. Bottom floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living space with a pull out couch & spacious dining and kitchen area.
