Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

IMPORTANT INFO:The terrace is accessible, but there is no furniture or plants on it. We are waiting for the paving to be installed by November 22. Workers may move around the terrace from 8AM to 5PM for preparations! Pleasant, spacious accommodation on the lower floor of a family house in a quiet area-Trnávka, near the airport. Suitable for overnight stays or longer accommodation for 2- 4 people. Airport, Lidl and Avion shopping park are nearby. The apartment is very spacious - app. 70m2, a large bathroom, a living room with a projector, a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and crib and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The city center of Bratislava is app. 15min by bus or car.

A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom. Parking is available on site. Close proximity to the train station (5 min walk) with excellent connections to nearby towns (Bratislava, Trnava, Pezinok). Good local wines offer on site.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.
