The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

WLAN und Fernseher sind selbstverständlich, ebenso eine Klimaanlage (kalt und warm), eine Badewanne und, zum abkühlen, eine Aussendusche auf der Terrasse. Fußweg zum Lopar Strand in Novi sind 8-10 Minuten.

Our apartment is nestled in a serene, traffic-free, and friendly location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A 5-min walk takes you to the marina, where you can rent a boat or enjoy stunning Adriatic Sea views. The town's beach, only a 10-min walk away, offers activities like beach volleyball, scuba diving, jet skiing, and parachute gliding. Unwind at the beach bar with music and refreshing cocktails. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
