Enjoy your meal on the balcony with natural pine shade. You can experience occasional famous wind Bura that makes our sea clean and has proven respiratory benefits.

Ausgestattet mit allen gewohnten Küchengeräten, findet man eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. WLAN und Fernseher sind selbstverständlich, ebenso eine Klimaanlage (kalt und warm), eine Badewanne und, zum abkühlen, eine Aussendusche auf der Terrasse. Fußweg zum Lopar Strand in Novi sind 8-10 Minuten.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
