Über den Dächern der Kvarner Bucht, über den Jachten der Mitan Marina, bietet unsere 2023 neu ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung einen einzigartigen Meerblick und eine Loft artige Wohnatmosphäre. Ausgestattet mit allen gewohnten Küchengeräten, findet man eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. WLAN und Fernseher sind selbstverständlich, ebenso eine Klimaanlage (kalt und warm), eine Badewanne und, zum abkühlen, eine Aussendusche auf der Terrasse. Fußweg zum Lopar Strand in Novi sind 8-10 Minuten.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
