The Traveler

The Traveler features two bedrooms with full size and queen size beds, spacious living area with large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture in back patio, fully stocked breakfast kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. Located with easy drives to Bucknell University, Knoebels amusement resort, Susquehanna University, Geisinger Medical Center, AOAA, Spyglass Ridge Winery, and Bloomsburg University. This quaint little two-story farmhouse will help you and your family sit back and relax enjoying the simple pleasures of country life.

We are located Just a short drive from Knoebels Amusement park, The AOAA (Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area) ATV park, Lake Tobias, Pioneer Tunnel Coal Mine, and State Game Hunting land just to name a few of the area attractions. Have the walk out basement all to yourself. We have two young kids and a Great Dane, free ranging chickens, all are friendly! I love meeting new people and being a host. Large Playground outside with plenty of swings and slides. Outdoor fire pit/grill with picnic tables, umbrellas, and lawn chairs. Wood and lighter fluid provided.

The cottage is fully private, but outdoor areas are shared with our family, friends, and pups, creating a warm, welcoming environment you’ll love.

Roaring Creek, a premiere trout stream, runs through the farm in addition to a nearby pond. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch while watching deer/turkey in the fields. Fire pit is in the back yard. Enjoy a welcome sampling of homemade, farm fresh produce/preserves upon arrival.
