The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The Arle Hut is a new interior designed spacious Shepherds Hut located in a quiet and private location on a farm, a 10 minute walk into Alresford, along the chalk steam river. There is a 2 person outdoor bath with hot water. The Arle hut is positioned on a tributary of the river Arle. Trout fishing can be arranged separately. Beautiful self-contained studio with its own front door, step free access and parking for one car in the charming hamlet of Abbots Worthy. Situated in the Itchen Valley, between the Cathedral City of Winchester (8 min drive) and Georgian Market Town of Alresford (10 min drive). Super-king bed (can also be made into two single beds) with luxury bedding and towels. Ensuite shower room. The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, take a walk through the woods at Micheldever, read a book on your sunbed, roast marshmallows on the fire pit, enjoy a meal at the Woolpack Inn. The studio is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.
