Offering private access to Lake Scugog with an oversized dock for you to take advantage of water activities, enjoy your morning coffee and watch some of the best sunsets on the lake. The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street.

The Garden House

The Garden House is the perfect place for two couples, or a group of five, to gather in a secluded setting in the center of the village of The Plains. The newly-renovated 19th century farmhouse shares a front garden with a one-bedroom guest house, The Artist's Cottage (listed separately on Airbnb). Excellent restaurants, a coffee shop, and art galleries are just around the corner. The Plains is a center for equestrian events, biking, and vineyards in the Blue Ridge Mountain foothills.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our beach cottage sits on Plymouth Long Beach, a peninsula that is 3 miles long and juts out into Cape Cod Bay. The cottage is the first on the beach road and is situated in the middle of the peninsula with Plymouth harbor on the back side and the open ocean across the road in the front. There are decks on both sides where you can enjoy watching the gorgeous sunrises in the front and the spectacular sunsets on the harbor side in the back.

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
