We welcome you to step back in time and enjoy a restful weekend of rural leisure in the welcoming Hudson Valley countryside. The LOFT is a large comfortable very private room with en suite and private entry. The house has been welcoming guest since 1751, and we are happy to share that history of hospitality with you. Our location is right at the cross roads of the Mid Hudson Valley, it literally takes only minutes to drive to; Rhinebeck, the Kingston waterfront or Kingston Stockade District, and 15 minutes to Woodstock or Bard College. Additionally there is another beautifully appointed room available on property for people or families traveling together who need two rooms. Although we are considered a B&B, don't expect breakfast. What you will find in your room - is a bowl of seasonal fruit and some local baked goods along side a Keurig coffeemaker and a compact refrigerator stocked with half and half and yogurt to start your morning off with. Garden space and terrace. We try and stay out of our guests way, often even arranging to leave a key out. We want our guest to be able to arrive whenever they want, with no pressure or time schedule to keep. That being said we are always just a call away and can provide expert advice on what to see, where to be seen, and great places to dine. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, so it is helpful to have a savvy local host help winnow out the options, don't be afraid to ask! The Benjamin Ten Broeck House is located on Flatbush Road, just north of Kingston. With easy access to Rhinebeck and Kingston, the house is also close to Saugerties and Woodstock. Amtrak and Uber now available! 10 minutes from Rhinecliff train station. Exceptional clean, well fitted out with comfortable furniture, British country life motifs abound, quality linens, and perfect privacy abounds. Loose yourself in time, in a space designed for easy comfort and relaxation!

HALL HOUSE - Master King Bed Suite

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Hall House provides upscale hotel-style accommodations with 4 separate guest rooms each with keypad entrance, king or queen bed, fireplace antiques and modern spa bath. There are large common spaces including a Painting Gallery and Sunroom where breakfast is served. (Your hosts live next door.)

York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

Winter is happening in Vermont and we would love to host your trip. More than "just another Airbnb" the Birch & Berry Inn and Farm is a quintessential Vermont country inn and farm. An easy drive to Burlington, local colleges, UVM and the Airport with hiking, and recreational activities close by. The inn is walking distance to Hinesburg restaurants, shops, and breweries. The Lofts @ 42 - Queen City Room

The Lofts@42 offer the unique experience of lodging inside an actual production brewery. 42 North Brewing Company is located in the historic village of East Aurora, NY. This type of "brewcation" is one-of a-kind in the state of New York. The Queen City Room features decor representing historic, industrial Buffalo. Images from the city's grain silos and original molds from the Buffalo Foundry & Machine Co. adorn the walls. A juliet balcony overlooks the brewery's beer garden below.
