The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Our modern guesthouse is a clean, private space filled with natural light. The front gate opens into a private, landscaped courtyard landscaped with jasmine, a Japanese maple tree, rhododendrons, and ferns. We are conveniently located near Mt Tabor Park that has walking trails and a spectacular view of the city. We are also close to several popular neighborhoods with shops, cafés, and restaurants. We welcome people of all backgrounds to stay here and enjoy beautiful Portland.

Sabin Guest House

Built in 2019, this architecturally-designed space is warm and modern, with good natural light for a comfortable home base during your travels. We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street. NE Irving Park Cottage

Welcome to the Irving Park Neighborhood Cottage located within walking distance of NE Williams, Alberta Arts District and Mississippi Avenue in Portland, Oregon. Our quiet cottage sits in the back of our garden and offers privacy with your own stone patio with bistro table and chairs. The Hen House: Private unit in NE

The Hen House is a converted garage, built from mostly salvaged material, and has everything you need for an easy visit. The loft has a queen bed but stairs are very steep so I recommend the pullout single bed downstairs if uncomfortable with steps. I'm near Mississippi area, Williams and Alberta Arts District with 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Unit stands alone and there is a garden and friendly animals to hang with outside. Dogs allowed.

The shopping/dining of Alberta St, Dekum St, 42nd Ave just blocks away. Queen size bed, eucalyptus hardwood floor, quality decor, turntable and extensive vinyl record collection, private yard, outdoor fire-pit, parking *ONLY* available Nov-May, heating/air, coffee maker/tea kettle, and microwave.
