Small or large families welcome, very comfortable and spacious. We have an All season property for you to enjoy all outdoor activities and more. Our place is yours to enjoy.

Four Season Log Cabin on Moose River

Beautiful Log Cabin Located on Moose River with direct access to ITS trails, ATV/SxS Trails, Hiking Trails, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. This home features 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths with laundry. House will comfortably sleep 10 people and room for more if needed. Sitting room upstairs overlooking Moose River to relax or work with high speed internet. House has large wood stove to heat home or FHA and central air for the Summer. Plenty of room to park large trailers to unload and enjoy!

Moosehead Lake, Trail Access, Hot Tub, Beach, ACs!

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Warden Camp on Kingsbury Pond, Couples retreat/ATV

**Your Remote Paradise on Kingsbury Pond** Escape to a serene, off-the-grid cabin on Kingsbury Pond. Ideal for couples or families, this cozy retreat offers mornings with coffee by the water, where you’ll hear ducks and loons. Enjoy days of kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, or relaxing in the custom wood-fired sauna. Unwind by the fire pit under starlit skies, and for thrill-seekers, explore ATV trails right from the cabin. This is the perfect sanctuary to unplug and reconnect with nature.

A Little Piece of Heaven

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Waters Edge Cottage

This peaceful camp is just perfect for you and your family or friends to see how much this beautiful part of Maine has to offer. It rests on its own private lot in a calm cove on South Twin Lake. It’s 15 minutes from Millinocket and approximately 45 minutes to Baxter State Park. The cottage is well equipped and has all new appliances, an eat-in kitchen as well as a gas and charcoal grill outside. Caratunk Waterfront Studio

Beautiful Riverside Studio/above garage apartment, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy studio feet from the river's edge. We have snowmobile trail access, and we're located next to the Appalachian Trail. We are surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. Unwind and relax at camp after a nice paddle, raft, hike, bike….. Just 8 miles from the Togue Pond entrance of Baxter State Park. Short Walk to the New England Outdoor Center and River Drivers restaurant. A little longer walk or drive aprox 1 mile to knife edge brewery or Fredricka’s restaurant.

Lozier’s Lakefront, Fish, Swim, Campfire, repeat

Lozier’s Lookout is a cozy two-bedroom, lakefront cottage on beautiful Millinocket Lake. Perfect for both adventure and relaxation, guests can enjoy nearby hiking, biking, ATV'ing, and local dining, or stay close to home casting a line off the dock, swimming in the lake, paddling the provided kayaks or canoe, and gathering around the campfire for s’mores. With the charm of a classic cabin and the comforts of home, The Lookout offers a welcoming retreat in every season.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

Beaver Cove Log Cabin with Mountain View

Get away from it all in this cozy log cabin. The westerly mountain view, with sunsets included, is spectacular. You'll enjoy daily visits from the local deer population. Just minutes away there is a private beach where you can swim, picnic or launch a canoe or kayak. 4- wheelers can directly access trails from the cabin. WiFi and Smart TV for streaming.
