It overlooks our beautiful, peaceful garden where numerous birds can be seen visiting our feeders. We have backup power for when there is load shedding. Solar powered during the day and battery backup anywhere between 2-8 hours depending on usage when there is no solar charging (no sun) and no council power. Situated in a central location and close to all amenities. Suitable for three people. Free and safe parking included. Suitable for long term stay as well.

Perfect contained room

We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.
