Following the retirement of the previous owners, it is now run as a room only Air B&B. There are 3 guest rooms available, each offers an old world Victorian charm with the advantage of all mod cons. So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive.
